1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the Cast Iron “Character Challenge" giveaway (hereinafter: "the Contest"), organised by Just Brands B.V. (hereinafter: "the Organiser"). Cast Iron is a registered brand of Just Brands B.V., based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with offices at New Yorkstraat 50, 1175 RD Lijnden. 

1.2. The purpose of the Contest is to increase brand awareness for Cast Iron. 

1.3. The Contest starts on April 17, 2026. Participation is possible until May 31, 2026. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the Contest period. 

1.4. Participation in the Contest is free of charge and does not require a purchase. 

1.5. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. 

2.1. To participate, an individual must: 

• Follow the account @castirondenim on Instagram and/or follow the Cast Iron page on Facebook and/or follow the @castirondenim account on TikTok, and 

• Leave a comment on the designated contest post on Instagram and/or Facebook and/or TikTok and describe your character. 

2.2. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older. 

2.3. Only natural persons (individuals) may participate. Companies, brands, or organisations are excluded from participation. 

2.4. Accounts that are demonstrably fake or created solely for the purpose of entering contests will be excluded from participation. 

2.5. Employees of Just Brands B.V. and their immediate family members (partners, parents, children, siblings) are excluded from participation. 

2.6. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the entire Contest period, across all three platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) combined. A participant who has already won a prize on one platform is automatically excluded from winning on another platform. 

2.7. Only entries submitted before the end of the Contest period will be considered valid. 

2.8. By participating, participants agree to be contacted via private message (DM) by the official Cast Iron Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account if selected as a winner. 

.1. A total of seven (7) winners will be selected: three (3) via Instagram, three (3) via Facebook, and one (1) via TikTok. For Instagram and Facebook, two (2) Online Winners and one (1) In-Store Winner will be selected per platform. For TikTok, one (1) Online Winner will be selected. 

3.2. Online Winner (2 per platform for Instagram and Facebook, 1 for TikTok, 5 in total): The winner will receive a complete Cast Iron look - curated based on their described character - delivered to their home. 

3.3. In-Store Winner (1 per platform for Instagram and Facebook, 2 in total): The winner will receive a personal styling session with a Cast Iron team member at a Cast Iron retail location near the winner. The session will be filmed by Cast Iron for potential use as social media content. Participation in the filming is a condition of receiving this prize. 

3.4. Winners will be selected based on the most compelling and original character description, assessed on creativity and authenticity, by an internal jury of the Organiser. The decision is final and not subject to appeal. 

3.5. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

3.6. Winners will be notified via a reply comment under their entry on the relevant platform, followed by a private message (DM). If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of the DM being sent, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

3.7. The In-Store Winner gives consent for the filming of the styling session and the use of this material by Cast Iron for potential promotional purposes. 

3.8. Any tax obligations arising from receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

4.1. Personal data provided by participants will only be used for the administration of the Contest, including contacting winners and delivering prizes. The Organiser processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. 4.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the fulfilment of the prize. 

4.3. Personal data will be deleted once it is no longer required for Contest administration.

5.1. Participation in the Contest is at the participant's own risk. 

5.2. The Organiser is not liable for: 

• Inability to make use of the prize due to personal circumstances of the winner; 

• Cancellation or modification of the prize due to external factors beyond the Organiser's control; 

• Any additional costs not explicitly included in the prize description. 

5.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, including but not limited to comments not appearing, direct messages not being received, or temporary unavailability of any platform.

6.2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to socials@justbrands.nl. 

6.3. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. 

6.4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By participating, participants fully release Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., and their respective affiliates from any liability related to the Contest.
